Shipping

* Orders are delivered within 2–5 business days.

Inspection

* Inspection is available upon delivery.
* If the customer refuses to receive the order after inspection, the full shipping fee will be charged to the customer.

Exchanges

* Items may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order.
* The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
* If an exchange is requested due to the customer selecting the wrong size, the customer will be responsible for 50% of the shipping cost, while WNDR will cover the remaining 50%.
* If the requested size is unavailable, the customer may exchange the item for another available size or another product of equal value. If the new product has a different price, the customer will either pay or receive the price difference.

Returns

* Items may be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.
* The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
* If the return is requested for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or an issue with the product, the customer will be responsible for the full return shipping cost.

Manufacturing Defects or Incorrect Items

* If you receive a defective item or an incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.
* In such cases, WNDR will cover all shipping, exchange, or return costs.

Notes

* Minor color variations caused by different screen settings are considered normal and do not qualify as product defects.
* Items showing signs of use, washing, damage, or missing original tags are not eligible for exchange or return.
* WNDR reserves the right to reject any exchange or return request that does not comply with this policy.
* We strongly recommend reviewing our Size Guide before placing your order to ensure the best fit. If you decide not to exchange the item and instead request a return due to selecting the wrong size, the applicable return shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
